C3 AND C4 scheduling

WE NEED TO FIX asap the two remaining mobilties.

According to brainstormings we have made in Kwidzyn, the plan was:

To do C3 in Cluj-Napoca from the 24^th to the 28^th of April (or one week later) / To do C4 in Antalya the last week of september (not earlier) or even the first week of october.

Please to confirm it

Since I think it may be a good objective to be sure of C3 planning before the end of January (and the same thing for C4) but it is possible only if both Romanian and Turkish team are sure of the local scheduling.

MAKE MORE

Perhaps we can think to implement some rewriting workshops in order to forge a new legend from the local traditions of all the partners in order to have an intellectual output to show at the end of the partnership and make this job in relation with the study trips and values we did explore in each city. Solidarity and dance in Poland (mermaid), Empathy / Fraternity and song in France (lamina) and so on.

We are not obliged to do that according to the applicant but it's a lead for us to be more efficient.

I – SCHEDULE

C3 RIGA:from the 28th of March (TUESDAY) to the 1st of April (SATURDAY).

French team does wish to attempt to buy tickets asap because tariffs are now inflating more and more.Please confirm nobody wants any change f this date wich was fixed during R2.

R4 SAINT JEAN DE LUZ: may be implemented from the 26^th to the 30^th or even a bit later since it seems not all the team could be free during our local festivities (22-26/06) : Fête de la Saint-Jean le samedi 24 juin 2023). Please also to valid in order to fix definitively this event.

II – reminder: LOCAL WORKSHOPS AND FOLLOW UP

As said in our last transnational meetings brainstomings it semmes necessary to plan local activities and to share information about it http://nbeplus.franceserv.eu/eVeR3issues.html. French students are supposed to make a school outing to an electric and to visit the International Cartoon Festival of Angoulême. Even a local activity you make in the classroom may be enough to be published in our QUINTESSENCE website. It could be a tool in order to select the pupils who will be involved in C3 to draw the last story we need to p^roduce (or to prepare it if we decide to let them finish after the mobility).

III – NEEDS FROM RIGA and Financial aspects

I believe Latvian team will ask you in January all the datas Rigas.Raina staff needs to prepare the study travel : do not forget it is the last time your students are going away, check you implement all the mobilities you have promised to do (or a little more but not less!). We'll try to make a workshop focused on the context of crisis in order to be disseminated by papers ; perhaps you have ideas to prepare it (slides to be shared or videos?).

In the case of Lycée Ravel we'd like to add students more (than it was planned) but we have no many money to do that. We'd like know what's about the idea to make several of our students be hosted by French learniing Latvian people?

eVe+ R3 QUINTESSENCE TRANSNATIONAL MEETING: REPORTS ARE ONLINE

 This seminar was presumed to mark the "switch" between a phase dominated by Human Studies (in the past) and the Scientific approaches to be implemented during the last school year.

You can find both the R3 "report page" and the R3 "issues (and results) page" in the project holders' special website (no mobile friendly site) dedicated to the follow up of the partnership / this site is called NBE+ (NOTRE BUREAU EUROPÉEN) and is published by the French High School in charge of the international coordination : Lycée Maurice Ravel.

Public dissemination of the activities is made by a post edited in the QUINTESSENCE portal. Note the meeting was a MULTIPLIER EVENT thanks to the organization by Romanian hosts and the ILARGIA league of lectures focused on "what is a good project".

ILARGIA LEAGUE : un colloque et la cinquième assemblée générale à Cluj-Napoca

THE THIRD SYMPOSIUM IMPLEMENTED BY ILARGIA LEAGUE WAS DONE IN CLUJ (10-11 november, 2022).

Main issue: the #EITA 2022 award given to Lycée Ravel for the ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS transnational partnership. Lectures tried to define what is a "good project". For our association, it's first a cooperative action wich provides satisfaction and/or pleasure to students but also to teachers in the same time a progress is made or some problems are overcome! For EU it means inclusive, sustainable and innovative actions in relation with european "Green Deal" and the digital transition. A very good local organization by Colegiul Economic Iulian Pop and the support of school Inspection did permit to relate some experiences after seven years and four projects carried out together (by France and Romania) since 2015. A big event with the participation of adults but also many students or former students very well qualified to disseminate some appropriated witnesses about the projects' impacts.

The certificate given to Mrs Stanca Vescan was a way to thank very officially the Headmistress for all the help the Romanian partner has given to the international coordinator during E+A (Noah) but also in the former and following partnerships. It was in the same time an opportunity to remind the efficient contribution of all the project holders (especially Ana Martins in Portugal, Hristo Milushev in Bulgaria) in ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS. People interested in the animals question must know Noah eTwinning is still alive. In the future a cooperative project about responsability is planned by Transilvanian and Basque teams, with protection of biodiversity and animal life as one of the a main issues.

A NEWSPAPER'S OUTLOOK ON #EITA2022 / "SUD OUEST" AND DISSEMINATION IN FRANCE

 

We celebrated the prize given for ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS the 14th of october, 2022, at the end of the ERASMUS MOB III (the dissemination event we use to implement each year in Saint Jean de Luz in order to present the internationalization of our teachings/learnings) with all our KA2 partners, holding the E+L.o.L. project and coming from Romania, Poland and Türkiye, in association with  KA1 team of Lycée Ravel (Mrs Petoin). The ceremony was made to enjoy both #EITA award and #Erasmusdays and to show how the #Erasmus+ programme is a great tool to make education systems become more inclusive and efficient. Also to thank our institutional supporters.

KA2 partners and eTwinners included in ERASMUS MOB II activities were not only the COLEGIUL ECONOMIC "IULIAN POP" in Cluj-Napoca and the DOBRICH VETERINARY HIGH SCHOOL in Dobrich (two of the three project holders involved in the cooperative programme E+A with the Agrupamento das escolas de Alcochete).  But also: the POLSKICH NOBLISTOWE school in Kwidzyn and the IMAM HAPTIP High School in Antalya ; the ULUSOY MARITIME VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL in Cesme ; former IES Stendhal (part of ViA EMERY HIGH SCHOOL) in Roma  ; the RIGAS. RAINA in Latvia ; and the BILGIC HIGH SCHOOL in Cesme.

we plan to launch asap  two new transnational partnerships:

- the first one is focused on Citizenship and Responsibility

(ethical topics and Human responsibility on a local, national european and global scale - especially in protection of Biodiversity and Animal life). I may be the coordinator but Jean-Luc is to take in charge a big part of the pedagogic animation and we are presuming the question is interesting enough for Dobrich school, Kwidzin, perhaps also Cagri in Cesme, Ana Martins in Portugal and Cluj team...

- the second one is dedicated to the enlargement of the World by explorers, travellers and merchants since the Ancient times from the moment the Mediterranean area was "the world" till our planet became so tiny. It could have as a result (intellectual output) the production of a rewrite of a global exploration as Marco Polo, Magellan, Ibn Batuta or other ones did.  I may be the coordinator but Séverine is to take in charge a big part of the pedagogic animation  and we are presuming the question is interesting enough for IES Stendhal in Roma, Montijo school and Ulusoy high school perhaps also Cluj team (economics)...

Before we begin brainstorming to design the applications we 'd like to know if our former partners wish to be in. A way to show it would be to get back to etwinning system (it's a bit complicated as you need now to be registered in ECAS platform to access) and choose to take part of Noah eTwinning if you want to join FIST APPLICANT GROUP or to join SEE.SHORE / WW etwinning if your wish is to take part in the SECOND APPLICANT GROUP

Notification of project publication

ERASMUS+  informed us  that for ensuring transparency and visibility of EU funding, our project "Land of Legends" is online on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. from the 26th of september, 2022

A description of the partnership's contents has been published online by the commission (the coordinateur will have to add more details and some outputs).

Scheduling issues after the workshops at "Bilgic" School 

energyplus QUINTESSENCE erasmus+ R2 transnational meeting was dedicated to design our future pedagogic agenda and to check the plan of remaining mobilities (two among the main topics)..

ERASMUS MOB in France from the 10th to the 14th of october: a remote workshop will be done by the QUINTESSENCE teams (VIDEOCONFERENCE the 13th of october, 2022 at 9.00 am in this free space on line).

R3 in Cluj-Napoca from the 8nd to the 10th of november (pay attention the organizer will guess you to take part to a symposium in the framework of the ILARGIA LEAGUE ; probably the 10th of november). 

C3 RIGA: from the 28th of March (TUESDAY) to the 1st of April (SATURDAY).

R3 last seminar: to be definitively fixed during November, due to the implementation of exams in Romania which must be known in a couple of weeks. Probably 21/22/23 in June (local celebrations acme is the 24th).

NEXT #ERASMUSDAYS CELEBRATION BY "Lycée Ravel" HIGH SCHOOL AND EUROPEAN PARTNERS IN OCTOBER, 2022

 WARNING!

Lycée Ravel is to organize the 2022 #Erasmusdays local celebration the 14th of october. During the same week the community will implement the 3rd edition of a special activity ("la semaine de mobilisation en faveur de son ouverture internationale européenne" so called ERASMUSMOB event).

In the framework of this celebration, an exhibition will be done at the High School Library (CDI) by the French Pupils. This exibition's  name will be "Captain Sensible" and be dedicated to legendar and/or real samples of empathy between Human Beings and Animals.

In addition, partners ot the E+L.o.L. partnership visiting Saint Jean de Luz from the 10th to the 14th of october will take part in a boat tour to see dolphins in Cantabric Sea and will go to the cinema to see the sci-fi movie produced by E+A (Noah) teams. There will be also some videoconferences in wich we hope our former Erasmus+ partners will participe. And we'll disseminate all the KA1 and KA2 projects in progress in our school city.

ERASMUS MOB I (made december, 2020 and presented as the C5 remote study travel) and ERASMUS MOB II (made in november, 2021 in the same time we were guest in the EUROSCOLA virtual session) reports are: in the NOAH transnational public portal.

ALL OUR EUROPEAN PROJECTS ARE DESIGNED in the NBE+ website and RESULTS are putted on line (for all the projects beginning after november, 2021)  in the LegendE+ special spot.

ELEMENTS IN ORDER TO PLAN THE SECOND EXCHANGE / TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN OCTOBER FROM THE 10th TO THE 14th

I – C2 ORGANIZATION

REMINDER: AS WRITTEN IN IC4

The second exchange (E+ L.o.L. C2) will be implemented in France from the 10th to the 14th of october, 2022. Please think on the following meetings' dates. You can check easyly the planning using the long-term schedule made at the beginnings of the project (our monitoring page is available online: http://nbeplus.franceserv.eu/LOLplanning.html). We need to have a conversation about C3 and C4 dates during C2, since the dates must be definitively consolitated as soon as possible. According to the plan, we were supposed to make C3 study travel to Romania in april, 2022 (or the last week of march) and C4 mobility in Türkiye in October, 2023.

WE NEED VERY SOON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS (teachers and students)

First, to recruit people for family hosting.

As many of visitors may be some boys, we'll probably suggest some of you to go to IBIS BUDGET HOTEL in Ciboure (very next to our school).

See if you need to ask a special athorization from your families in the case we'll do a boat tour (no sure since it depends of the climate).

II – C2 PREPARATION

Schedule is not still done but we'll try to implement a workshop about Arion of Medymna's legend and perhaps your pupils could prepare some drawings about some mythic animals and human beings associated to ccoperate together, if possible in link with local heritage. We'll celebreate the #Erasmusdays the 14^th of october goiing to view a short movie based on a rewriting of the Noah's Arch legend wich was made in the framework of a former transnational partnership.

 Le cinquième élément : connaître les Forces de la Nature et produire une énergie durable 2020-2023 Energyplus QUINTESSENCE Erasmus+

I – SECOND AMENDMENT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE FRENCH N/A 

Olga and Sanita will go on to hold the project in Latvia, from their new school (named Rigas.Raina) after the Rigas. 18 vidduskola was definitively closed. The local coordinator becomes Mrs Prof Vivita Ponciusa. Except for a huge surprise, the integration of this new partner will be acted very soon, just after the exchange of signatures between the headmasters (in a couple of weeks). Sauf énorme suprise, l'intégration d'un nouveau partenaire après la fermeture de la Rigas. 18 sera prochainement actée après l'échange des signatures entre les chefs d'établissement et la Rigas. Raina se substituera à notre ancien partenaire pour mettre en oeuvre la coopération selon le calendrier et les modalités déjà prévues par le projet QUINTESSENCE. 

II – RESPECT OF THE PLAN MUST BE CHECKED BY EVERY TEAM 

School partners must target all the common applicant's goals in order to be totally granted by the EU. Especially in the case of this KA 201 project, due to the postponed payment of 20% of the promised amounts after the acceptance of the final report (next summer, 2023). It is very important to do all the mobilities you are presumed to implement. 3 adults in each “R international meeting” (or, if you prefer: 9 mobilities at the end of the project / as a minima). 5 students and 2 teachers in each “C study travel” (or 15 mobilities for pupils and 6 for adults at the end of the partnership). Do not forget: you are free to make more mobilities and are authorized to use 20% of the management funds to realize it but shall be “punished” if you do less than your promise (if the total number of outing mobilities is not equal or superior to these values, you are sure to loose a part of your money!). As the Pandemic situation impacted the beginning of the activities, some of you may have to add in the future some individual mobilities in the next events (R2 in Çesme, C3 in Riga, then R3 and R4) to reach their own quantitative aims and target our common objectives. 

Vérifiez que vous aurez bien réalisé, à la fin du partenariat un nombre de mobilités au moins égal à celui que nous nous étions fixés comme objectif de départ (il est loisible de faire davantage de voyages que prévu mais interdit d'en faire moins sous peine de sanction financière).

III – R3 AGENDA 

 This seminar was fixed from the 26th to the 28th of september in Türkiye.

R3 MAIN ISSUES would be: 

MIDTERM QUALITY CONTROL and coordination in order to adjust the mobilities (especially: how many foreign students in the last travel) and see our the reformatted plan (made in Riga during R1) is really applied. 

CONCRETE PEDAGOGIC GOALS to be (re)defined for C3. We must choose to produce one graphic novel integrating some of C1 and C2 outputs or to present a compilation od results of the 3 study travels (but I think the best would be to make both tasks – anyway we must decide together). 

SCHEDULING AND PREPARATION OF THE eVe+ VIDEOCONFERENCES to be implemented during the “ERASMUS MOB week” done in France from the 11th to the 13rd of october. Orders must be given before R1 to the most interested and/or talentuous students to write and/or to draw some synopsises for a common tale about energies including mythologic, socail ansd scientific issues. The modalities of the videoconference (one or several ones to confront, choose and/or comment the drafts) would be decided during R1

IV – OTHER SCHEDULING 

About C3 we'll have to fix the dates asap (during R1 or more probably R2) 

About R3 meeting: we need a confirmation from Cluj team to fix it in november, if possible before the 20th of november R4 may be implemented in June, in France (during the local festivities)

 IMPORTANT Accomodation (Rooming) and Travel datas To Turkish team: please you to give us asap some details on the hotel choosen as our Erasmus+ “camp base” and the ways 

we can pay for it / warn everybody very quick if there is a problem with organization since people are probably already thinking on flights purchasing.
