Hello my dear friends.
First I am praying you
to accept the expression of all my gratitude for your help in the
implementation of this partnership, that the Pandemic and other sad
events made more complicated to implement than we first did hope.
« Super Beetle » is now requested in order to write our
final report and permit us to obtain as sooon as possible the total
amount of the grants promised by the EU (let's cross fingers).
I think the French
Erasmus+ Agency shall let us three months to complete the report and
agents can wait for three months more before to pay the schools. But
our common interest is to do it as quick as possible so I am begging
your pardon by now, in the case I should be boring once again and
send to you some questionaires during this summer so before you'll go
back to school (?)
Anyway, if you have
both drawings or graphic novels in your local stocks, please share
its in order to enrich the collection published on our public website
names Quintessence. I hope to see you again very soon, in some genial
future cooperations (both the projects ACMÉ and Be.Bo.P are KA2
partnershipswich may concern you,and we'll keep in touch by
eTwinning in the worst case. ILARGIA LEAGUE was also done to overcome
some white periods in our relationships !).
You know how the
intersectoral approach promoted by the EU and its demand for a break
down of the collaborative works (fragmented in packages) in the same
time an opening to different entities (not schools) was also claimed
seemed me very pertubating. But we may be also optimistic and, for
example, I consider the new opportunities created by the changing
framework of KA2 goals will perhaps permit to do not so short
meetings then the 3 days long seminars like R4 we just finished to
implement, in wich it's really difficult to talk with everybody and
to have enough of collective chilling moments.

IMPACTS AND INDICATORS
As
we have seen during WORKSHOP 3, we must explain in the final report
how we are doing now to check if these impacts are or not realized ;
then to describe the reasons why we changed some of the goals and/or
we were not able to target the goals. It is also a good point if we
can show the Quality Control was made gradually and we were reactive
and flexible in order to stay relient.You can find in NBE+ the list
of all the objective and subjective indicators we planned to use
before the implementation of energyplusQUINTESSENCE erasmus+
partnership (available on this page

it can be interesting to compare with the analysis made on june 24 by
people taking part in R4 meeting.
-the
most EXPECTED IMPACTS were, at the beginnings :
1. Progress
in academic performance and “well-being” for learners
2.
Disciplinary decompartmentalization and better teamwork by teachers
and learners
(re-legitimizing the assessment process, if
necessary)
3. Debates on artistic expression or civics issues
4.
Incentive for the material upgrading of the establishment
5.
Reinforced integration into the network of local establishments
6.
Better understanding of Sustainable Development through the prism of
the unity of matter and living things
7. Sustainability of
international and European openness by maintaining established
personal relationships over time, implementing other projects and /
or individual mobility beyond the partnership
-the
results of the completion of questionaires made the 24th:
all the impacts seems to be felt thanks to the following indicators :
1.
students school performance and motivation in getting better results
in exams and contests / Upgraded intercultural comunication skills,
foreign language, digital and soft skills. Students updated and
complimented their natural sciences knowledge / better school
performance and motivation
2.
They made new friends, and adapted a possitive attitude towards
enviremental issues / Higher tolerance, new friendships (networking)
/ Better teamwork, social skills
3.
Sense of empathy, responsibility and cooperation / Students are able
to use different methods to create artistic works (AI, drawing,
canva.com etc) / Artistic output through values of empathy and
responsibility
4.
Changes integration in the school curriculum / School upgraded and
included some new learning methods and approaches / Integration in
the school curriculum
5.
Support from local authorities / Cooperation with the local NGO and
schools / Support and collaboration with local authoration
6.
Students became more aware of the pollutions and global warming /
Students got better understanding and wider perspective of the
proceses of Sustainable Development / Increased awareness as to
global warming, climate change / Personal relationships and
continuation of upcoming projects
7.
The continuation of the projects and relationships / New friendships
with future plans for further cooperation / impeccable experience
and...
STRONGEST
IMPACTS ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT HOLDERS:
Students
developed social, linguistic and I.T.C skills / Awkward communication
/ People made a bridge across the « credibility gap »
appeared beween school and learners
as a consequence of the COVID
ABOUT
THE MEETINGS MADE REMOTELY IN THE FUTURE KA2 PARTNERSHIPS : A
big challenge for everybody, with some particular risks ;
« Sometimes some technical inconveniences ( voice quality ) /
remote meetings are less productive with lack of personal
interaction » but « it could be solution in crisis
times »
MAKING
OFF A BRIDGE BETWEEN SCIENCES, HULANITIES AND ARTS TO APPLY THE Noah
METHOD'S GOALS : aim was targeted for 100% of answering people ;
« It is for sure because of the harmonization of values between
cultures and partners / Yes, it was a unique experience!
SATISFACTION
OF PUPILS AND TEACHERS : Great! (bad weather's effects on
several ground activities is a challenge notified only by the Latvian
team). Financial problems due to inflation are mainly : the
increasing prices of accomodation and transportation.
