Merci de bien vouloir participer à l'évaluation de notre partenariat et notamment à celui de ses effets (les impacts, dans le jargon de l'Agence : c'est à dire les changements - en principe recherchés dès l'origine - mais effectivement observés.. ou non). De même que des ingénieurs de la NASA ont pu se plaindre parfois du succès du lancement de leurs fusées, car il ne leur apprenait rien, nous ne pouvons nous fier aux questionnaires de satisfaction. Fort heureusement, ils confirment le succès du programme ERASMUS+ auprès de nos lycéens mais suffisent pas à évaluer la qualité du projet !

SEPTIÈME SEMAINE DE VALORISATION DE L'OUVERTURE EUROPÉENNE DU LYCÉE RAVEL

Né en  2020, en plein covid, l'événement ERASMUS MOB a été organisé depuis chaque année à Saint-Jean-de-Luz : la manifestation de mai 2026 est donc la septième édition annuelle consécutive.

A noter : si les trois premières ERASMUS MOB avaient eu lieu en octobre ou novembre, les quatre plus récentes manifestations se sont inscrites dans le cadre du JOLI MOIS DE  L'EUROPE !

ERASMUS MOB 2026

Le Lycée Ravel met en place comme chaque année depuis 2020 une semaine dédiée aux projets européens et à la promotion de son ouverture transnationale. A cette occasion, en 2026 : un partenariat ERASMUS+ (KA2) s'achève et les projets de mobilité (KA1) eTwinnings et autres coopérations en cours sont également valorisées, tandis que les apprenants sont invités à réfléchir ensemble aux enjeux des frontières et aux valeurs démocratiques de l'UE et à l'Histoire de la lutte pour les Libertés. Des conférences et ateliers réservés aux élèves sont programmés ainsi que des séminaires, pour les professeurs (MUGA Genius). Un film documentaire est achevé. En point d'orgue : un spectacle à la salle Tanka pour fêter l'Europe en dansant ensemble, en conclusion d'une soirée de théâtre d'après "Ploutos" d'Aristophane (par la section ECLA) et d'un spectacle moderne par le Collectif CLASSICS - DANSE RAVEL (avec l'artiste chorégraphe Frak supervisant nos lycéens dans un choc des cultures qui fait dialoguer les corps et les sons tant sur Chopin et Ravel que sur Dr Dre et le Saïan Supa Crew et dont naît une force nouvelle, un espace sans frontières). A propos de notre dernière rencontre avant la fin du projet (en Août) : les deux principaux objectifs seront :

-de terminer notre film documentaire en écrivant et réalisant les scènes de liaison manquantes dans le produit semi-fini qui sera montré aux

apprenants et professeurs

-de participer à diverses tâches communes (faire des dessins pour compléter Be.Bo.p explorer, notamment) pour créer une communauté de

projet dans une ambiance conviviale, avec, en point d'orgue, l'interprétation par nos élèves d'un « charleston » sur la musique de « Voyage,

Voyage ».

Veuillez noter que le lycée Ravel recevra du 25 au 29 mai, non seulement ses cinq partenaires ERASMUS+ (réunis avec lui dans le projet

Be.Bo.P) mais également des délégations espagnole et polonaise, dans le cadre d'un événement démultiplicateur appelé ERASMUS MOB 2026

et sous-titré « Seven Nation Army » puisque sept pays sont invités à le rejoindre en même temps.

Le lycée de Beasain (Gipuzkoa, Espagne) et l'école secondaire de Kwidzyn (Poméranie, Pologne) seront officiellement les invités de la Ligue

ILARGIA ; le premier établissement d'enseignement cité utilisant une mobilité accréditée pour financer son déplacement, ce qui n'est pas le

cas de notre partenaire venant de la région de Gdansk (mais tous deux sont membres du réseau ACMÉ et, concrètement, participeront aux

mêmes activités que vous).

Nous vous prions de vérifier la justesse des informations qui suivent : merci de signaler toute erreur dans les horaires, la répartition des

chambres ou l'orthographe des noms et prénoms (en vue d'établir les certificats de présence).

Une facturation globale sera en principe proposée pour le partage des coûts (restaurants, visites et autocar) : le montant sera précisé dès que

l'agenda de la mobilité (rappelé en page 3, mais encore modifiable) sera définitivement fixé. Donnez-nous aussi la liste des participants à menu

spécial (végétarien, gluten free, etc.)

Regarding our final meeting before the end of the project (in August): the two main objectives will be:

- to complete our documentary movie by writing and directing the missing linking scenes in the semi-finished product that will be shown to students

and teachers;

- to participate in various collaborative tasks (creating drawings to complete the Be.Bo.p explorer, in particular) to build a project community in a

friendly atmosphere, culminating in our students performing a Charleston to the music of "Voyage, Voyage".

Please note that from May 25th to 29th, the Lycée Ravel will host not only its five ERASMUS+ partners (who have joined it in the Be.Bo.P project)

but also delegations from Spain and Poland, as part of a multiplier event called ERASMUS MOB 2026, subtitled "Seven Nation Army" since seven

countries are invited to participate simultaneously. The Beasain High School (Gipuzkoa, Spain) and the Kwidzyn Secondary School (Pomerania,

Poland) will be the official guests of the ILARGIA League (MUGA Genius symosium). Beasain Institute is using accredited mobility funding to

finance its trip, unlike our polish partner school (although both are members of the ACMÉ network and will participate in the same activities as you).

Please verify the accuracy of the following information: report any errors in schedules, room assignments, or the spelling of names (for the purpose of

issuing attendance certificates). A single invoice will generally be provided to cover shared costs (restaurants, visits, and bus transportation): the

amount will be finalized once the mobility schedule (outlined on page 3, but still subject to change) is confirmed. Please also provide us with a list of

participants requiring special dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).

La tradition d'accueil du Lycée Ravel se confirme. Après avoir reçu en 2025 des groupes venus de Lettonie et du Portugal (photographie ci-dessus) l'équipe luzienne a été visitée par une école secondaire  de Biscaye en janvier puis en mars.

Deux professeurs du BHI Arratia à Igorre ont en efet effectué un stage d'observation au Lycée Ravel les jeudi 26 et vendredi 27 mars.

Il s'agissait pour eux d'une activité de "Job shadowing" dans le cadre de l'action clé-1 du programme ERASMUS+ visant notamment à étudier les méthodes d'enseignement des langues en France et les collaborations internationales mises en oeuvre par l'équipe locale.

Outre l'enseignant référent, M Vanderplancke, les professeurs suivants ont accueilli leurs collègues dans leur cours : Mmes Licq et Susperregui et M Besse-Miquelena. 

Le stage s'est terminé par une visioconférence à laquelle ont pris part, outre le Lycée Ravel et la délégation d'igorren des représentants des lycées espagnols de Beasain, Basauri et Pampelune (impliqués dans l'eTwinning PALDIES) et d'autres collègues, issus d'écoles secondaires  situées à Rome, Esslingen et Montijo.

On a discuté notamment des activités à développer en 2026 et 2027 pour prolonger le projet FIGHT FOR FREEDOM (co-piloté par la ligue ILARGIA) et de la participation de nos voisins du Pays Basque méridional et des partenaires du projet Be.Bo.P comme de l'équipe du Lycée polonais de Kwidzin à la semaine ERASMUS MOB prévue à la Pentecôte et au colloque MUGA Genius 2026.

Il a également été question de la valorisation des compétences acquises dans le cadre des partenariats européens (notamment grâce à la labellisation de SMUN en 2025) et des candidatures communes pouvant être travaillées dans l'avenir (le thème de l'empathie apparaissant comme une piste intéressante).

Two teachers from BHI Arratia in Igorre completed an observation placement at Lycée Ravel on Thursday, March 26th and Friday, March 27th.

This was a "job shadowing" activity for them, part of Key Action 1 of the ERASMUS+ program, which aims to study language teaching methods in France and the international collaborations implemented by the local team.

In addition to the supervising teacher, Mr. Vanderplancke, the following teachers welcomed their colleagues into their classes: Ms. Licq, Ms. Susperregui, and Mr. Besse-Miquelena.

The placement concluded with a videoconference attended by representatives from Lycée Ravel and the Igorre delegation, as well as representatives from the Spanish high schools of Beasain, Basauri, and Pamplona (involved in the PALDIES eTwinning project), and other colleagues from secondary schools in Rome, Esslingen, and Montijo.

We discussed, in particular, the activities to be developed in 2026 and 2027 to extend the FIGHT FOR FREEDOM project (co-led by the ILARGIA league) and the participation of our neighbors from the Southern Basque Country and the partners of the Be.Bo.P project, as well as the team from the Polish High School in Kwidzin, in the ERASMUS MOB week planned for Pentecost and the MUGA Genius 2026 conference.

We also discussed the recognition of skills acquired within the framework of European partnerships (notably through SMUN's accreditation in 2025) and joint applications that could be developed in the future (the theme of empathy appearing as a promising avenue).

Veuillez par ailleurs nous donner au plus vite le total de vos dépenses après C5 (mais avant C6) pour assurer le Contrôle Qualité du partenariat (à cet égard, concernant le questionnaire de satisfaction, que je n'ai pas rempli quant à moi quelqu'un peut-il m'envoyer une explication relative au formulations et aux réponses, pour que je puisse publier les graphiques transmis par Orietta).

Furthermore, please provide us as soon as possible with your total expenses after C5 (but before C6) to ensure the Quality Control of the partnership (in this regard, concerning the satisfaction questionnaire, which I have not personally completed, could someone please send me an explanation of the wording and responses so that I can publish the graphs provided by Orietta?).

2. SUIVI

   appel à remplir les fiches d'activité rendant compte des tâches implantées dans chacune des écoles dans la période suivant le rapport intermédiaire

   Certains partenaires n'ont pas continué à nourrir ces rapports ; mais, d'autre part, des fiches ont été perdues suite à un problème informatique : tous les professeurs relais sont donc priés d'envoyer ou de renvoyer leurs rapports au Chef de Projet

3. CONTRÔLE QUALITÉ

   une réflexion sur les indicateurs sera nécessaire lors de C6 ; on peut se reporter à la candidature pour voir ceux qui étaient envisagés et décrits à l'origine

   Un questionnaire doit être systématiquement construit pour valider la congruence de objectifs et la satisfaction des participants après chaque mobilité : l'équipe italienne y veillera pour analyser les résultats et effets de C5

4. BESOINS

   une étude des besoins de chaque école est attendue en amont de C6, pour être en meure de profiter de la rencontre planifiée en France afin de songer à de nouvelles coopérations

   Il est important, dans le cadre des futurs partenariats, de faire correspondre les besoins des participants aux moyens pouvant déployer en complémentarité leurs homologues, aussi de bien distinguer besoins, produits, résultats et e=changements induits (effets désignés comme des « impacts »)

5. DATES-BUTOIRS

   - les dernières vidéo susceptibles d'être intégrées dans le film documentaire doivent parvenir au Coordinateur International avant février ; les dessins avant mai !

   - la production du film (montage et finalisation) est prévue entre février et mai (C6) ; en cas de retard, un produit semi-fini serait présenté à Saint-Jean-de-Luz et une phase de postproduction s'achèverait entre mai et juillet.

6. PROGRAMME DU COLLOQUE DE MAI

   En même temps que la coopération localisée C6, grand événement démultiplicateur sanctionnant la fin de Be.Bo.P, se déroulera en effet en France une série de conférences sur les frontières avec l'appui d'une délégation polonaise et en présence de lycées espagnols. Les thèmes abordés sont : Démocratie et Frontières / Coopérations transfrontalières / Mobilités et Frontières

7. AVANCEMENT DES DIFFÉRENTS MODULES

   WP1 Gestion du projet tout au long de la coopération, par la France

   WP2 SUR LES FRONTIÈRES Partie du programme entré sur les frontières politiques et leurs vicissitudes : le travail est en pratique achevé, sauf dans le cas du Portugal, qui est censé nourrir la partie Histoire du site de vulgarisation scientifique « Be.Bo.Pexplorer » (mais cette production et liée au module 3)

   WP3 VERS L'INFINI ET AU DELÀ Le site est ouvert, les contenus de mathématiques prévu ont été réalisés par la France et la Turquie mais sa présentation doit être remaniée ; on propose que toutes les écoles apportent une contribution au travers de dessins (faire une charte graphique à partir de l'une de ces oeuvres était l'une des ambitions originelles – on jugera de la pertinence de cette utilisation car l'affichage scientifique nécessite une certaine rigueur. Oghüz pourra agir sur le site jusqu'à la toute fin du partenariat.

   Project Leaders' Plenary Meeting

   1. TIMELINE

   Confirmation of the C6 localized cooperation in France.

   It will take place as planned from May 25th to 29th.

   2. FOLLOW-UP

   Call to complete the activity sheets reporting on the tasks implemented in each school in the period following the interim report.

   Some partners have not continued to contribute to these reports; however, some sheets have been lost due to a computer problem: all liaison teachers are therefore asked to send or resend their reports to the Project Manager.

   3. QUALITY CONTROL

   A review of the indicators will be necessary during C6. Refer to the application to see the original proposals and descriptions.

   A questionnaire must be systematically developed to validate the alignment of objectives and participant satisfaction after each mobility period: the Italian team will oversee this to analyze the results and effects of C5.

   4. NEEDS

   A needs assessment for each school is expected prior to C6, in order to take advantage of the planned meeting in France to explore new collaborations.

   It is important, within the framework of future partnerships, to match participants' needs with the resources their counterparts can deploy in a complementary manner, and also to clearly distinguish between needs, outputs, results, and induced changes (effects referred to as "impacts").

   5. DEADLINES

   - The final videos that could be included in the documentary film must reach the International Coordinator before February; the drawings before May!

   - Film production (editing and finalization) is scheduled between February and May (C6). In case of delay, a semi-finished product would be presented in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and post-production would be completed between May and July.

   6. PROGRAM OF THE MAY COLLOQUIUM

   Information on topics of particular interest to one school over another

   Concurrently with the C6 localized cooperation, a major multiplier event marking the end of Be.Bo.P, a series of conferences on borders will take place in France, supported by a Polish delegation and with the participation of Spanish high schools. The themes addressed are: Democracy and Borders / Cross-border Cooperation / Mobility and Borders

   7. PROGRESS OF THE DIFFERENT MODULES

   WP1 Project management throughout the cooperation, by France

   WP2 ON BORDERS Part of the program focused on political borders and their vicissitudes: the work is practically complete, except in the case of Portugal, which is intended to contribute to the History section of the popular science website "Be.Bo.Pexplorer" (but this content is linked to module 3)

   WP3 TO INFINITY AND BEYOND The website is open, the planned mathematics content has been completed by France and Turkey, but its presentation needs to be revised; It is proposed that all schools contribute through drawings (creating a graphic charter based on one of these works was one of the original aims – the relevance of this use will be assessed, as scientific displays require a certain rigor). Oghüz will be able to manage the site until the very end of the partnership..

L'école secondaire luzienne vient de recevoir, rappelons-le, à l'occasion des ERASMUSDAYS 2025 : non seulement une délégation norvégienne venue de Farsund - dans le cadre des échanges annuellement mis en place par la section européenne (projets For.Green.Citizens conduits par Mme Petoin) mais également un lycée  Portugais, venu dans le cadre de son accréditation  (<<cliquez pour en savoir davantage). Deux écoles secondaires de Kekava (Lettonie) s'étaient  déjà présentées en mai 2025 à Saint-Jean-de-Luz, et  une délégation de Kwidzyn nous avait rendu visite au mois de juin, grâce à l'aide de l'association "Ligue ILARGIA".

Le Lycée Ravel développe depuis plusieurs années, grâce à ce partenaire, un réseau interscolaire étendu à des écoles secondaires du Pays Basque d'Espagne, de Lettonie et Pologne, mais également de régions de Lisbonne et Porto, interessées par l'éducation à la citoyenneté et souhaitant travailler ensemble sur le thème des questions environnementales et/ou le sujet des dérives totalitaires. 

Il a  donc devancé l'appel à projets ERAMUS+ le plus récent, qui fait du développement de réseaux d'établissements d'enseignement européens sa priorité en 2026 !

Les élèves Luziens ont pu récemment visiter à Rome, en profitant d'une mobilité sortante dans le cadre d'un projet de coopération transnational dédié aux frontières et réunissant six lycées européens (commencé en 2023, il va s'achever l'été prochain) le "centre Sassoli", dédié à l'information sur l'Union Européenne. Les enseignants présents (Mme Augé et M Vanderplancke) en ont profité pour faire connaître le partenariat Be.Bo.P (Beyond Boundaries: People) et ont pris part, par ailleurs, à l'assemblé générale de la Ligue ILARGIA (qui a son siège à Saint-Jean-de-Luz mais a tenu son assemblée générale à Rome, au siège principal de l'IIS Via C Emery 97). Un colloque européen et transpyrénéen est prévu au Lycée Ravel en mai, organisé par la Ligue et les équipes de la cité scolaire qui doit  recevoir à cette occasion des délégations polonaise, roumaine, turque, portugaise, italienne et lettonne, mais encore.. espagnole. 

Se réunir en Italie : une belle opportunité saisie par les professeurs du Lycée Ravel de tisser des liens toujours plus forts avec des entités scolaires et non scolaires, en France comme à l'étranger, en vue d'intensifier  l'action européenne et l'ouverture transnationale du lycée et de donner ainsi plus encore d'occasions à leurs élèves d'étre instruits et éduqués dans un cadre international et continental - sans doute le plus adapté, tant aux projets de poursuite d'études des lycéens qu'à leurs futurs parcours professionnels ainsi  qu'à leur recherches de réponses aux défis globaux qu'ils auront à relever dans leur vie d'adultes responsables.

MATHILDA WILL PREPARE WITH STUDENTS OF ALL THE COUNTRIES A PLAN INCLUDING:

> a selection of the videos already filmed and exhibited in our LegendE+ website we should reuse as part of the documentary film

> a list of some missing short scenes the partner school will have to film locally and to send asap at the Coordinator

> the description of a few (perhaps four or five, more is it is necessary) big footages to be realized in common during C5

Students and teachers supposed to go to Italy in november can have a desk seminar, in each school, about the writing of the narrative (in order for coming with new ideas or mainly to think on the ways to manage to film the story already written. In France it will be implemented the 3rd of november

C5 PLANNING

>A PREVIEW OF THE FUTURE COWORKINGS IN ITALY IS POSSIBLE

During C5 cooperation located in Rome, a workshop may be necessary to check the coherence between the narrative and the footage project W1

Another one to dispatch the missing scenes remaining to be filmed at home between all the partner schools W2

Please note that editing will be completed at a later date (the most significant Roman contribution to this phase is the IIS Via Emery's share of the special fund we have created). The film's most important scenes will be shot in Rome (W3/4/5/6).
Students will be able to create drawings to enrich our Be.Bo.P exploration website with an artistic approach to the theme of borders (W7). At the same time, teachers will be able to address science topics (W8) : mathematics and physics, particularly through FR and TR; history and : geography, mainly through PT on the Navigadores.
Sustainability and quality control are other important points, but solely the teachers are responsible for them.

Follow-up W9 (progress reports of local workshops in each country).
Sustatinging relationship and future applications W10 (ILARGIA League GA, to be scheduled in the evening, for an online meeting with members abroad).

>REGARDING THE FINAL SUBMISSIONS, DUE BY FEBRUARY 7TH, 2020. Missing scenes must be sent to the coordinator before this date to be included in the semi-final product presented at C6.

The draft agenda we joined to IC25 must become a real shedule timetable, but it is up to Italy to achieve it. We have one more month to think on it !
