eVe+ coordination: 14th note in order to prepare 2022-2023 School Year

I – SECOND AMENDMENT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE FRENCH N/A 

Olga and Sanita will go on to hold the project in Latvia, from their new school (named Rigas.Raina) after the Rigas. 18 vidduskola was definitively closed. The local coordinator becomes Mrs Prof Vivita Ponciusa. Except for a huge surprise, the integration of this new partner will be acted very soon, just after the exchange of signatures between the headmasters (in a couple of weeks). Sauf énorme suprise, l'intégration d'un nouveau partenaire après la fermeture de la Rigas. 18 sera prochainement actée après l'échange des signatures entre les chefs d'établissement et la Rigas. Raina se substituera à notre ancien partenaire pour mettre en oeuvre la coopération selon le calendrier et les modalités déjà prévues par le projet QUINTESSENCE. 

II – RESPECT OF THE PLAN MUST BE CHECKED BY EVERY TEAM 

School partners must target all the common applicant's goals in order to be totally granted by the EU. Especially in the case of this KA 201 project, due to the postponed payment of 20% of the promised amounts after the acceptance of the final report (next summer, 2023). It is very important to do all the mobilities you are presumed to implement. 3 adults in each “R international meeting” (or, if you prefer: 9 mobilities at the end of the project / as a minima). 5 students and 2 teachers in each “C study travel” (or 15 mobilities for pupils and 6 for adults at the end of the partnership). Do not forget: you are free to make more mobilities and are authorized to use 20% of the management funds to realize it but shall be “punished” if you do less than your promise (if the total number of outing mobilities is not equal or superior to these values, you are sure to loose a part of your money!). As the Pandemic situation impacted the beginning of the activities, some of you may have to add in the future some individual mobilities in the next events (R2 in Çesme, C3 in Riga, then R3 and R4) to reach their own quantitative aims and target our common objectives.

III – R3 AGENDA 

 This seminar was fixed from the 26th to the 28th of september in Türkiye.

R3 MAIN ISSUES would be: 

MIDTERM QUALITY CONTROL and coordination in order to adjust the mobilities (especially: how many foreign students in the last travel) and see our the reformatted plan (made in Riga during R1) is really applied. 

CONCRETE PEDAGOGIC GOALS to be (re)defined for C3. We must choose to produce one graphic novel integrating some of C1 and C2 outputs or to present a compilation od results of the 3 study travels (but I think the best would be to make both tasks – anyway we must decide together). 

SCHEDULING AND PREPARATION OF THE eVe+ VIDEOCONFERENCES to be implemented during the “ERASMUS MOB week” done in France from the 11th to the 13rd of october. Orders must be given before R1 to the most interested and/or talentuous students to write and/or to draw some synopsises for a common tale about energies including mythologic, socail ansd scientific issues. The modalities of the videoconference (one or several ones to confront, choose and/or comment the drafts) would be decided during R1

IV – OTHER SCHEDULING 

About C3 we'll have to fix the dates asap (during R1 or more probably R2) 

About R3 meeting: we need a confirmation from Cluj team to fix it in november, if possible before the 20th of november R4 may be implemented in June, in France (during the local festivities)

#ERASMUSDAYS: a celebration is planned in France the 14th of october

In the same time the Lycée Ravel's team must implement the third edition of the local ERASMUS MOB event, including our friends of eTwinning and QUINTESSENCE projects, partners from TERRE DE LÉGENDES (E+ L.o.L.) coming from Poland, Romania and Türkiye will be in Saint Jean de Luz from the 10th to the 14th of october.

A good opportunity to disseminate this project (and also the other cooperative transnational actions hold by the High School). That is the reason why the 14th of october was choosen to celebrate EUROPE and ERASMUS+ programme.

THE EUROPEAN PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATED BY LYCÉE RAVEL OBTAIN ATTENTION FROM MEDIAS AND INSTITUTIONS:

The French Erasmus+ Agency valorizes ERASMUSPLUS ANIMALS project on its website; E+A (Noah) was held from 2017 to 2020 and partners went on to collaborate thanks to eTwinnings and videoconferences in the framework of ERASMUS MOB I and II (2021 then 2022) after the conclusion.

The local newspaper implemented in Kwidzyn makes a focus on european collaborative partnerships involving the SPO High School (in the edition of the 6th of july)  and publish a report on C1 mobilities in June.

Energyplus QUINTESSENCE Erasmus+

I – GOOD NEWS FROM RIGA

It seems Olga and Sanita actually know the name of the new school they will teach in, from september. We hope now to be able to overcome all the bureaucratic issues in order to tranfer easily the convention etablished between former partner Rigas.18 and Lycée Ravel to this other school. We conjecture it can be simple enough since The transfer is between "locals" (I mean: is made in the same town, so that school money is managed by the same municipality).

II – The next mobility without student R2 TRANSNATIONAL MEETING is to be done from the 26th to the 29th of september in Türkiye and it seems all the teams will be in. The agenda and the location of this mobility were changed after the new schedule was fixed in Riga (R1) because the last meeting - previously to be implemented during the last school year - had to be cancelled (It was to be implemented in Cluj-Napoca: the postponement of this meeting till november makes it changing of number and becoming the eVe+ R3 transnational meeting). Concerning R2, the main topic may be to prepare together a virtual exchange beween our pupils, in order to make them more efficient in the last concrete mobility with students (so called C3) because the goal is to produce the best intellectual output we can. This formal remote co-working would be done in october (one or two videoconferences somewhere between the 10th and the 14th) after a phase of local production by some of our students (the most interested an/or talentuous in drawings). The next IC paper purpose will be about the instruction to give to our students in order to make them ready for the “warm up” session (after R2 and before remotely C).

III – OTHER SCHEDULING

C3 is planned in April / but it could be in reality a little delayed or advanced to avoid us to make two outing mobilities very close each others (as it was often the case after the end of the COVID crisis permiited a reboot of all old projects let "in stand by") : we need to take a decision about these dates during R2 (and not change it later). The same thing for R3 meeting: we can do it very early in november, before the 20th of november (since the european commission want to give us a prize so that request us to be free at this moment to go to Brussel or to make videoconferences in live) or later, in december.

IV - A SYMPOSIUM IN CLUJ?

Note this european award (called EITA) is a label we'll obtain for a former partnership in wich not only the French school but also the Romanian partner were involved, reason why we may organize in Cluj-Napoca a little cultural event linked to this european label (and also I think we can make our General Assembly of ILARGIA league: the european teachers association we founded in 2018 with you Latvian pepole, too). It means for us staying one day more in Romania todo the symposium and the asembly, if Ramona and Monica are ok to organize the event in Transilvania (naturally, our friends from Cesme are welcome if they ant to join our assoication).
