LAND OF LEGENDS: two study travels are remaining to do in 2023 / International note n°7

C3 AND C4 scheduling

WE NEED TO FIX asap the two remaining mobilties.

According to brainstormings we have made in Kwidzyn, the plan was:

To do C3 in Cluj-Napoca from the 24^th to the 28^th of April (or one week later) / To do C4 in Antalya the last week of september (not earlier) or even the first week of october.

Please to confirm it

Since I think it may be a good objective to be sure of C3 planning before the end of January (and the same thing for C4) but it is possible only if both Romanian and Turkish team are sure of the local scheduling.

MAKE MORE

Perhaps we can think to implement some rewriting workshops in order to forge a new legend from the local traditions of all the partners in order to have an intellectual output to show at the end of the partnership and make this job in relation with the study trips and values we did explore in each city. Solidarity and dance in Poland (mermaid), Empathy / Fraternity and song in France (lamina) and so on.

We are not obliged to do that according to the applicant but it's a lead for us to be more efficient.

I – SCHEDULE

C3 RIGA:from the 28th of March (TUESDAY) to the 1st of April (SATURDAY).

French team does wish to attempt to buy tickets asap because tariffs are now inflating more and more.Please confirm nobody wants any change f this date wich was fixed during R2.

R4 SAINT JEAN DE LUZ: may be implemented from the 26^th to the 30^th or even a bit later since it seems not all the team could be free during our local festivities (22-26/06) : Fête de la Saint-Jean le samedi 24 juin 2023). Please also to valid in order to fix definitively this event.

II – reminder: LOCAL WORKSHOPS AND FOLLOW UP

As said in our last transnational meetings brainstomings it semmes necessary to plan local activities and to share information about it http://nbeplus.franceserv.eu/eVeR3issues.html. French students are supposed to make a school outing to an electric and to visit the International Cartoon Festival of Angoulême. Even a local activity you make in the classroom may be enough to be published in our QUINTESSENCE website. It could be a tool in order to select the pupils who will be involved in C3 to draw the last story we need to p^roduce (or to prepare it if we decide to let them finish after the mobility).

III – NEEDS FROM RIGA and Financial aspects

I believe Latvian team will ask you in January all the datas Rigas.Raina staff needs to prepare the study travel : do not forget it is the last time your students are going away, check you implement all the mobilities you have promised to do (or a little more but not less!). We'll try to make a workshop focused on the context of crisis in order to be disseminated by papers ; perhaps you have ideas to prepare it (slides to be shared or videos?).

In the case of Lycée Ravel we'd like to add students more (than it was planned) but we have no many money to do that. We'd like know what's about the idea to make several of our students be hosted by French learniing Latvian people?
