 "Green across borders" is an accreditted Mobilities Project held by Lycée Ravel in the framewok of a long-term cooperative action implemented with a High School located in Farsund (Norway) since 2023.

It concerns students of the SECTION EURO ANGLAIS. Main objectives are opening mind and practizing english but also buidong a more sustainable future.

FGC2 / French team ready for going to Norway!

 

Les élèves de la section euro anglais de première du lycée Maurice Ravel (Saint-Jean-de-Luz) se préparent pour leur séjour au lycée "Eilert Sundt" de Farsund, en Norvège. Après avoir accueilli leurs homologues norvégiens en octobre dernier, c’est en effet leur tour de découvrir le lycée partenaire dans le cadre d'un voyage se déroulant du 7 au 12 avril !

Ils vont pouvoir poursuivre leur étude des enjeux sociétaux et durables transfrontaliers dans le cadre de leur projet de mobilité Erasmus+ baptisé «Green across borders» (FGC 2). Cet échange est une véritable opportunité de travailler de façon collaborative tout en appréhendant les différences culturelles et en partageant des valeurs et des pratiques respectueuses de l’autre et du milieu dans lequel nous vivons.

Ce sera également l’occasion pour les lycéen.ne.s  de pratiquer la langue anglaise et de développer leurs compétences numériques. Les élèves travailleront en groupes sur des études de cas, en interviewant un acteur local et en réalisant une présentation orale de leur travail à l’ensemble de la communauté éducative et des parents.

Un programme pédagogique riche! L’enthousiasme et l’impatience se font sentir chez les deux  partenaires !

TEACHER MOBILITY – « GREEN FUTURE » COURSE - IDEVELOP

In June 2023, Mrs Petoin and

Fabisch participated in a staff mobility Erasmus + project in Tenerife. They took part to the

course titled « Green Future » completely taught in English that allows them to learn more

about environmental and social issues (refering to the 17 sustainable development goals)

and pedagogical strategies to teach them to their students.

What did they do?

They were taught about different aspects of the sustainable development goals and the

way to teach them to their students : teaching sustainability in classroom, responsible

consumption and production, fast fashion, plastic pollution, greenwashing, circular

economy. For instance, they visited an hotel showing sustainable aspects of their working.

What did they learn ?

- Fluency in sustainable development specific vocabulary in English

- Tools for implementing sustainable projects of varying scale with students : challenges

using social networks, collection of invasive plants or waste on the beach and in the forest,

discovery of applications to educate on sustainable development, quizzes, debates, role-

playing.

- Knowledge, challenges and solutions on the different themes of responsible consumption

and production, fast fashion, plastic pollution, greenwashing, circular economy.

What did they get ? An Europass

A FGC MOBILITY IS IN PROCESS DURING ALL THIS WEEK AND IN THE SAME TIME ERASMUS MOB ACTIVITIES ARE IMPLEMENTED FROM THE 9th TO THE 17th OF MAY.

Après avoir interviewé des acteurs locaux, chacun a pu testé une activité sportive de Farsund! Et sous le soleil !!!

Puis Chilling au club house, en musique, vue sur les fjords, poulet au curry, jeux divers et variés… Un rêve éveillé un peu quand même…

Découverte des élèves norvégiens qui viendront nous voir en mai prochain.

Direction Lista Fyr sous la pluie et dans la bonne humeur pour découvrir l’écosystème de la zone humide de Lista et le vanneau huppé, mascotte d’une réhabilitation en voie de réussite !

Activités au centre de préservation des oiseaux : observation et identification des espèces d’oiseaux, méthode de bagage, visite du phare.

Le soleil est tout de même venu nous faire coucou ;-)

Soirée Bowling des élèves organisée par les hôtes norvégiens !

VOYAGE 2023 

 Après une bonne et courte nuit, découverte du lycée Eilert Sundt. Les élèves semblent 

l’apprécier ! « C’est top! Trop beau! C’est le lycée du futur! Comme dans les films! »

Introduction des objectifs de ce projet Erasmus+ « For Green Citizen » :

- travailler ensemble pour un futur plus durable et démocratique 

- sortir de sa zone de confort

- développer des compétences sociales et des savoirs en vivant une expérience collective.

Nos élèves de la section euro anglais ont brillamment présenté quelques aspects de leur vie quotidienne avant d’explorer en groupes le centre ville à la façon d’un selfie-trail.

DISSEMINATION OF THE MOBILITIES PROJECT FGC AFTER NORWEGIAN STUDENTS VISITED Saint-Jean-de-Luz

ForGreenCitizen (FGC) is KA1 Erasmus+ project between France and Norway : a little report  was published online in the French website dedicated to Erasmus+ from 2021 to 2026 .

French pupils will go to Norway during next school year. These exchanges are organized by two project holders in Saint Jean de Luz: Mrs Prof. Laurie Petoin (cooordinator) and Mrs Prof. Céline Fabisch 

OUR NEW WEBSITE MADE IN Lycée Ravel FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF (ALMOST) ALL THE TRANSNATIONAL MOBILITIES FROM 2022 TO 2026

 

Un portail commun a été ouvert ce 2 mars 2022  pour que les échanges scolaires à venir au Lycée Ravel puissent être médiatisés dans un site unique.

Notamment :

les voyages d'étude du projet E+L.O.L piloté par M Vanderplancke et Mme Augé [LAND(S) OF LEGENDS] dont on trouvera par ailleurs des comptes-rendus dans le site des participants et coordinateurs des partenariats stratégiques NOTRE BUREAU ERASMUS+ NBE+ 

et les échanges que Le Lycée Ravel espère organiser demain avec la Norvège (projet FGC  de MMes Petoin et Fabich).

A common internet portal was opened on March 2, 2022 so that future school exchanges at Lycée Ravel can be publicized and disseminated in a single site.

Especially :

the study trips of the E+L.O.L project - piloted by Mr Vanderplancke and Mrs Augé [LAND(S) OF LEGENDS], reports which can also be found on the site of the participants and coordinators of our ERASMUS+ strategic partnerships named NOTRE BUREAU ERASMUS+ NBE+

and the exchanges that the Lycée Ravel hopes to organize tomorrow with Norway (FGC project by Mrs. Petoin and Mrs Fabich).

Seules les activités du projet QUINTESSENCE, retardé du fait de la Pandémie et qui s'achèvera par conséquence en 2023 seulement, restent diffusées sur un site spécifique.
