BB22 / LAST NOTE BEFORE THE STUDY TRAVEL TO PORTUGAL

 

Bonjour à tous et merci de bien vouloir prendre connaissance des quelques informations transmises dans cette lettre en vue de préparer notre rencontre à Montijo. 

Hello everybody, thanks for your attention

1. Note first we'll implement a special meeting of our Board (conseil d'administration) on Thursday at 3.30 pm (local time). Almost all of the Be.Bo.P project holders are members of the NGO, whose name is the ILARGIA LEAGUE of European Teachers associated for the reuse of genial innovations and activities (except a little numbers of them: who where in the crew but are no more... or not still!). Everyone may assist to the meeting, only implemented in order to register the expenditures made for holding European projects the association is carrying out (and speaking a little on the topic of the next symposium at the end of 2025). I believe it will done quickly - we'll disseminate at the same time on line...

2. It seems no one has made any proposal in the IDEAS BOX open from january. It is a challenge and could become a problem if this space stays empty before the workshop devoted to the writing of our documentary film. Moreover I am not sure creating a collaborative spot to achieve the common task may be useful in this case. Please ask your students to send some ideas using the questionnaire available from https://nbeplus.franceserv.eu/IDEAS.html

3. Be aware on budget question. I hope the second part of our grants will be paid in March (theoretically it must be done just at the same time of the meeting in Montijo) and I am confident enough we have no reduction of these funds (cross fingers). But I must warn you that the National Agency is looking our expenditures with many attention. The risk to have a reduction of the total grants does exist, due to the explanations we'll have to indicate to justify the high level of investisments by the Roman team in the last period of the project implementation, considering the Italian organisation is the host of the C5 LTTA. We shall must insist on the filming sessions - which are as a special need (all the missing scenes to be added to the rushes are supposed to be made in Roma) but we may also ask to partners to create a special funds for the montage, with a more substantial part from IIS Via Emery (?) Anyway, at this stage, in case the N/A should decide to reduce our funds, it could not be taken to partners who spent all the grants they claimed for but only to entities who claimed some money they did not totally use... ERASMUSPLUS NOAH for ACMÉ since the protection of Nature and Green Citizenship will be important issues in this cooperative programme. SEA.SHORE for BE.BO.P because maritime travels are a part of the topics as you study migrations, explorations and limits.

ILARGIA LEAGUE : un colloque et la cinquième assemblée générale à Cluj-Napoca

THE THIRD SYMPOSIUM IMPLEMENTED BY ILARGIA LEAGUE WAS DONE IN CLUJ (10-11 november, 2022).

Main issue: the #EITA 2022 award given to Lycée Ravel for the ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS transnational partnership. Lectures tried to define what is a "good project". For our association, it's first a cooperative action wich provides satisfaction and/or pleasure to students but also to teachers in the same time a progress is made or some problems are overcome! For EU it means inclusive, sustainable and innovative actions in relation with european "Green Deal" and the digital transition. A very good local organization by Colegiul Economic Iulian Pop and the support of school Inspection did permit to relate some experiences after seven years and four projects carried out together (by France and Romania) since 2015. A big event with the participation of adults but also many students or former students very well qualified to disseminate some appropriated witnesses about the projects' impacts.

The certificate given to Mrs Stanca Vescan was a way to thank very officially the Headmistress for all the help the Romanian partner has given to the international coordinator during E+A (Noah) but also in the former and following partnerships. It was in the same time an opportunity to remind the efficient contribution of all the project holders (especially Ana Martins in Portugal, Hristo Milushev in Bulgaria) in ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS. People interested in the animals question must know Noah eTwinning is still alive. In the future a cooperative project about responsability is planned by Transilvanian and Basque teams, with protection of biodiversity and animal life as one of the a main issues.

de la Ligue pour l'Innovation Pédagogique ILARGIA

La CA Compte une nouvelle administratrice en la personne de Mme Espuny, que nous remercions d'avance pour l'aide qu'elle ne manquera pas d'apporter à la relance des activités de la ligue ILARGIA, durement impactées par la crise de la COVID 19.

On trouvera prochainement le compte-rendu de l'AG dans le blog ILARGIA. Le CA aura à définir le thème du prochain événement culturel monté par l'Association et à confirmer le lieu d'implantation (ont été évoqués : Girone ou Barcelone) voire sa date.

The CA has a new administrator: Ms. Espuny, whom we thank in advance for the help she will not fail to bring to the relaunch of the activities of the ILARGIA league, severely impacted by the COVID crisis 19. The GA report will soon be found in the ILARGIA blog. The Board will have to define the theme of the next cultural event organized by the Association and to confirm the location (have been mentioned: Girona or Barcelona) or even its date.

We'll meet them and the students of the Ulusoy Maritime High School in Cesme tomorrow (in order to cooperate on a serious topic : seas and coasts in danger, due to Global Warming, Pollution and other troubles). Bulgaria and Portugal will be in, as it was the case Today in the remote workshop implemented to have a talk about the effects of global warming on animals. But also Romania and Latvia. Welcome to the World!

R5 transnational meeting in Alcochete was focused on the COVID19 challenge since it was done to prepare the last exchange - to do in France (C5, to be implemented in december if it is possible !)

It was shown for the first time to the public audience at the beginning of the transnational meeting implemented in Alcochete in october, 2020: this film is  a report of C4 short-term exchange made by Dobrich team

ILARGIA LEAGUE SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY WAS ORGANIZED THE 20th OF JUNE

Members had a dinner at the restaurant CHEZ VALENTIN just after the meeting.
