Budget monitoring in CHECK POINT CP4 (November) Transnational meeting R3

 After the Roman team completed the financial survey grid (a few days before Christmas), we find that the amount of expenditure incurred is lower than we could have hoped, since we have not spent more than 50% of the total funds promised (and it is only 70% including the provisions for C4 mobility in Lisbon).
But this does not mean that a reduction will be applied by the ERASMUS+ Agency since we have declared having spent more than 70% of the first tranche. We are above the minimum level, so normally the second tranche of subsidies will be paid to the pool in its entirety...

Two partner schools normally spent more than the other ones, since they were involved only in some outing mobilities : France and Italy (C5 and C6 hosting entities).
