VOUS N'AVEZ PAS À LA PAYER puisque le montant sera retenu comme convenu sur le reliquat de subvention attendu en fin de projet conformément aux décisions prises en commun avant la transmission du rapport final l'an passé et à la lettre d'intention signée par les chefs d'établissement de toutes les écoles secondaires partenaires.
Veuillez par ailleurs nous donner au plus vite le total de vos dépenses après C5 (mais avant C6) pour assurer le Contrôle Qualité du partenariat (à cet égard, concernant le questionnaire de satisfaction, que je n'ai pas rempli quant à moi quelqu'un peut-il m'envoyer une explication relative au formulations et aux réponses, pour que je puisse publier les graphiques transmis par Orietta).

Please acknowledge receipt of the invoice attached to this letter. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY IT, as the amount will be deducted, as agreed, from the remaining grant expected at the end of the project, in accordance with the decisions made jointly before the submission of the final report last year and the letter of intent signed by the heads of all the partner secondary schools.
Furthermore, please provide us as soon as possible with your total expenses after C5 (but before C6) to ensure the Quality Control of the partnership (in this regard, concerning the satisfaction questionnaire, which I have not personally completed, could someone please send me an explanation of the wording and responses so that I can publish the graphs provided by Orietta?).
